Confirm and pay cash
Review your items, the delivery fee and the service fee before confirming. You pay the captain in cash on arrival.
Track and receive
Follow your captain live on the map and get your order at the door, usually in 20–35 minutes.
What you see before you confirm
- Item prices exactly as listed by the merchant.
- Delivery fee based on your zone and the distance to the merchant.
- Platform service fee, shown as a separate line — never bundled or hidden.
- Estimated arrival time for your address.

Frequently asked
Do I need a bank card to order from ZadGo?
No. ZadGo is cash on delivery only, so you never enter card or banking details in the app.
Can I cancel an order after sending it?
Cancellation is free while the order is still awaiting merchant acceptance. Once the merchant accepts and starts preparing, it cannot be cancelled — food is perishable. See the refund and cancellation policy.
How are delivery fees calculated?
By your delivery zone and the distance to the merchant. The exact amount appears on the review screen before you confirm.
